Use to be great but since August 2008 poor customer service & they only give email to contact them no phone numbers so you have to wait until they are ready if ever, to respond.

I have used numerous well-known web hosting companies in the past. The out do them all, plain and simply. They have the best customer services, features, reliability, response time to troubleshooting, and prices.

I run a successful internet business and have done so for the past five years. The first three have been struggling and adding to the nightmare was the website downtime. Finding a reliable web hosting provider has always been a little problematic for me until I came across VodaHost. With over four years of experience under its belt, VodaHost web hosting service has far surpassed my expectations. Build your website, upload it and ask for help on setting up and you are online before you even realize.
I had a simple issue when I opted for the web hosting package form VodaHost, the setup. Their professional service and highly friendly got in touch with me in no time and helped me set it up in a few minutes time. With such responsiveness and affordable pricing, I do not see any reason to look for another web hosting service elsewhere. I host about 17 websites with VodaHost and have had no issues with any of them. You may tend to think that I am putting all my eggs in the same basket and the situation could be risky. However, my confidence in VodaHost is such that I feel, there is no risk involved. Thinking of it the other way round, if I host all my websites, each with a different web hosting company, I am sure I will be dousing one fire or the other at least on a bi-weekly basis. In fact, putting all my eggs into the same basket has left me time to think and plan my core competence – increase my business.
For a hassle-free web hosting solution, I suggest VodaHost to all internet entrepreneurs I come across.

I have been using VodaHost for 2and a half years now, and I am still very satisfied with their services.
VodaHost servers are reliable and fast.
VodaHost also provides a variety popular web scripts taht allow me to be creative and ad interesting pieces to my sites.

VodaHost's webhosting customer service support. They always address any questions or concerns very quickly and knowledgeably. Most of my issues are usually due to something I didn't understand and, in fact my mistake, so thank God they have been so helpful!


I can easily recommend them to others. No problem!

When I first heard about BlueVoda, I was a bit skeptical about its claims. When I downloaded and tried the software, to my surprise it really delivered. That is when I decided to host my site with the VodaHost web hosting service. Getting my site up and running was easy and any queries I had were immediately taken care of by customer support. One of the main things I look for in a web host is good tech support, and I was happy to find friendly and responsive people at VodaHost.

I have many websites and wanted a host that would allow me to host all of them using a single web hosting account. This was an issue with many other hosting services. But VodaHost on the other hand, allowed me to host an unlimited number of websites with just a single account which really blew my mind. Moreover they provide unlimited space and bandwidth which was something I really needed. And the great price for which they offer this web hosting service was too much of a temptation to resist.

My sites are designed with Web 2.0 features in mind. I use WordPress for my Blogs and phpBB for my forums. It was imperative that my web host be able to support these technologies. Here again VodaHost did a good job by completely supporting these and other third party programs. With each need being adequately met one after the other; my confidence with VodaHost has really grown. It has given me room to incorporate all my existing programs within the website and I know that it has room to accommodate more for my future needs as well.

I would recommend VodaHost for both beginners and professionals alike. The interface is so intuitive that novices would find it surprisingly easy to use, but at the same time packed with features that every professional would dream of in a web hosting service.

These guys work hard to keep your business. I have had very few issues in my dozen sites hosted with them for 15 months now. I have 98% up time and have gone through some sudden traffic spikes due to my site being mentioned on reddit and digg. These spikes were handled very well without any problems or intervention on my part. They have nice automated features in the hosting control panel (you can setup Wordpress, etc) automatically. Web based Ftp is great as I can update the site from wherever I am at the moment. I can't vouch for the DNS servers of VodaHost because my DNS is hosted elsewhere. But overall, VodaHost meets my needs with best value package for my money. I was able to upgrade my MySQL from v4 to v5 with very few hiccups and their support stood by me and saw to it that 200 tables got migrated without problems. Took only 3 hours. I have hosted my sites with European web hosts before and I moved to VodaHost so the servers are within USA. I ping my domains regularly and latency time is very low so it meets my needs for fast response time.

I would recommend VodaHost to anybody and I am satisfied user myself.

Web hosting is not my favorite subject, because I have been through so much with different web hosting companies. However, it is a necessary subject for anyone needing a website. Vodahost has helped me cross the bridge and leave my worries behind. I signed up 5 months ago and have been impressed with their service ever since. I had an incident where I’d incorrectly created links to my web pages and could not figure out what I did wrong. After all, I am not a newbie. I sent in a support ticket and they were kind enough to sort out my issue that very day. That’s excellent service when you are only paying 7.95 a month. Uptime for my site has been superb. I will continue with Vodahost for as long as I need web hosting.
